Unfortunately, I have to make some rules to keep everyone on track. In respect to all of my clients these rules will be enforced accordingly. Thank you for your understanding!

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment.

Cancellations / No Shows

Minimum 24 hour cancellation notice is required or else there will be a $10 service charge, however this charge will be waived IF that appointment slot was filled with another client.

Any “No Show” will result in a service charge equal to the amount of your scheduled service appointment. You will be allowed one No-Show with an acceptable reason, which will be at my own discretion.

Late / Tardiness

Any client more than 5 minutes late to their scheduled appointment without a phone call at least 30 minutes prior to their start time will incur an additional $5.00 charge to their service. In addition, the client may have to forfeit a portion of their appointment. This will be left to my discretion.

Out of respect to other clients, please call as soon as possible IF you may be late to your appointment. Sometimes 5 minutes late turns into 15 minutes late which is a substantial amount of appointment time.

Constant tardiness may result in the loss of standing appointment times and/or booking privileges.
